You cant use your headphone wirelessly for Windows,you can use usb cable to attach your controller to Windows and then you can plug your earphone to the controller to get sound out of it.

        HOW TO TURN OFF YOUR CONTROLLER  

Turn it "Off" by holding xbox logo button for 5-10sec,Hold it until it stop glowing.

                              or

If still your controller doesnt turn off by first method. press "Pair button" present on the top of controller for 2 sec and then hold "xbox logo botton" for 5-10 sec until it stops blinking.
